Enjoyed a little staycation to celebrate my birthday. Service was impeccable from check-in. The front desk staff were friendly and genuinely warm. Grace at the lobby bar was also excellent. I mentioned to Joban that it was my birthday at check-in and Palak and Jahnvi brought me a beautiful slice of birthday cake to my room. It’s these little touches that make an experience great. The hotel is also brand new, beautiful rooms, beautiful lobby, fantastic addition to Whitehorse. Thank you to the team for a wonderful experience. Much appreciated.
